As I wrote before, there was no Drupal 9 adapted version of my favorite theme "Mayo". I spent a long time experimenting with the available themes. In the end, I chose Bartik. But especially the work on transferring the website of Healing practice Ajna brought me into despair.
In the end, as we wrote more often in this Blog, I plucked courage. The standard Mayo theme was not suitable for Drupal 9 on at least 9 points. So I tackled those points one by one. After a long toil, I'm not very versed in PHP and certainly not in the bowels of Drupal, I managed to get a set of files that did make it through the procedure of installing a theme in Drupal 9. It wasn't over and done, but yesterday I finally managed to get through all the error messages.
So this site no longer runs under Bartik, but under Mayo and in particular under version 8.x-1.3-R, that 'R' is my addition, that will be clear.
That makes it a lot easier to convert everything from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9! Hip Hay!!
